Carlin Stuart

Carlin Stuart has been hired as the new finance director for Lakeland after the promotion of previous finance director Michael Walker to the position of city manager. Stuart is a CPA who holds a master’s in business administration from the University of Memphis. He most recently served in the office of the Shelby County Trustee. Stuart has more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, including managing tax increment financing (TIF) arrangements for the Trustee’s office.
