Mark Johnson

Mark Johnson, city manager of Alcoa, has been selected for the 2023 International City Management Association’s (ICMA) Award for Career Excellence in Memory of Mark E. Keane, late ICMA director emeritus. Johnson is one of only 55 city managers to receive the award. He has 49 years in public service and 24 years with the city of Alcoa.
