PUBLIC NOTICE: TML Board of Directors

Notice is hereby given that the Tennessee Municipal League (TML) Board of Directors will meet in a regular business meeting on March 2, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. Central. The meeting will take place in the Nashville Room at the DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown Hotel located at 315 4th Ave North in Nashville, Tenn. 

The meeting agenda is available upon request.

The TML Board will dedicate up to 15 minutes of meeting time to receive comments from the public on agenda items or matters within the Board’s responsibilities. Anyone who would like to address the Board must email Corinne Gould at cgould@tml1.org to preregister no later than two business days prior to the meeting.

Building Finance Personnel Committee

Notice is hereby given that the Building Finance Personnel (BFP) Committee will meet March 2, 2026, at 4 p.m. Central or immediately following the conclusion of Session 1 of the TML Legislative Conference. The meeting will take place in the Volunteer Room at the DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown Hotel located at 315 4th Ave North in Nashville, Tenn. 

Given the sole order of business is the annual performance review of the executive director, the meeting will be closed pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated 8-44-101.

Tennessee Municipal League Executive Committee

Notice is hereby given that the Tennessee Municipal League Executive Committee will meet on March 2, 2026, immediately following the conclusion of the BFP Committee meeting. The meeting will take place in the Vanderbilt Room at the DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown Hotel located at 315 4th Ave North in Nashville, Tenn. 

The Executive Committee will meet for the sole purpose of receiving the report from the BFP committee.
