Martin Granum

Martin Granum, the city manager of Red Bank, recently received the International City/County Management Association (ICMA)’s Credentialed Manager Candidate designation. He is one of more than 1,500 local government management professionals to participate in the voluntary program. Granum has served as the Red Bank City Manager since October 2021 and is also a certified municipal finance officer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy, and a master’s degree in public administration from Troy State University.  Granum is a retired USAF lieutenant colonel.
