Robbie Franks

Robbie Franks has been selected as the new fire chief for the city of Millington. Franks has more than 27 years of fire service experience, including several leadership roles with the Memphis Fire Department. He most recently served as the deputy chief of emergency operations with Memphis Fire since 2024 and is also a member of Tennessee Task Force One, the FEMA Urban Search and Rescue team, as well as serves as an adjunct instructor for the National Fire Academy. Franks holds a master’s in publication administration and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis.
