Randy Trivette

Randy Trivette has been named the new assistant city manager for Johnson City. Trivette has served as Johnson City’s first facilitiates management director since 2018 and before that spent nine years as the town recorder for the town of Erwin. Trivette spent nearly five years as director of facilities construction and as chief financial officer of Free Will Baptist Ministries in Greeneville. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, and operations from Milligan College.
