Clyde Barnhill has been voted vice mayor of Franklin by his fellow members of the Franklin Board of Mayor and Alderman. Barnhill will replace fellow at-large alderman Brandy Blanton as vice mayor. A graduate of Franklin High School and the University of Tennesse with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Barnhill has served on the Franklin board since 1989. He worked for CPS/PlusMark Corp in Franklin for 39 years and then became executive director of the J.L. Clay Senior Citizens Center.
