Johnson City receives GFOA award for 21st year

The Government Finance Officers Association has recognized the city of Johnson City for its comprehensive annual financial report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021 with a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting. This is the 21st consecutive year the city of Johnson City has earned this distinction. The Certificate of Achievement is the highest form of recognition in governmental accounting and financial reporting. Its attainment represents a significant accomplishment by a government and its management.
