New Market receives grant for Little League fields

The town of New Market recently received a $25,000 Sports Matter grant from the Dick's Sporting Goods Foundation for repairs to the Little League fields in the area. Trent Excavating will also be working for a reduced rate to complete necessary repairs to the field. Suzanne Long, manager of Morristown’s DICK’S Sporting Goods, presents a commemorative check to New Market Mayor Danny Willock and JCLL President Jeff Grambrell.
