Ryan Cradic

Ryan Cradic, a firefighter with the Johnson City Fire Department, died June 21, 2023, at the age of 42 after a 17-month battle with glioblastoma. After graduating from Johnson City’s University School, Cradic joined the U.S. Army and served in Iraq as a combat engineer where he earned the National Defense Service Medal and Global War on Terrorism Service Medal. He then graduated from Northeast State Community College and ETSU before serving for six years as a firefighter.
