Tim Bailey

Tim Bailey has been selected as the new city recorder for the town of Erwin. Bailey has previously served as the director of public works for the city since 2019 and has been serving as interim recorder since June 27. Bailey holds an associate’s degree in applied science and a bachelor’s degree in public health from East Tennessee State University.
