Rick Stephens

Rick Stephens, alderman with the town of Petersburg, died Aug. 13, 2023, at the age of 63 following a vehicle accident. Stephens had been chosen to fill a vacancy on the Petersburg Board of Mayor and Aldermen on May 2. A native of Muncie, Ind., he was employed as a machinist at Schwan Cosmetics in Murfreesboro. Flags at Petersburg Town Hall were flown at half mast in his memory.
