Logan Engle

Logan Engle has been promoted to assistant city manager for the city of Elizabethton. Engle has served as the director of planning and economic development since 2020 and will continue to perform those duties until a replacement can be found. Prior to her work with the city of Elizabethton, she worked in planning-related roles for Morristown and Greeneville. She is presently serving as the Tennessee APA Section Director for the Northeast and is a member of TVA’s Economic Development’s Young Talent Cabinet. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from Carson-Newman University and a master’s of public policy and administration from the University of Tennessee.
