Corey Divel
Corey Divel has been selected as the new downtown development director for Sevierville. Divel comes to Sevierville from Cleveland, where he has served for more than a decade, most recently as the downtown coordinator and communications coordinator as well as assistant to City Manager Joey Fivas. He has also served as a senior planner and city planner with the city of Cleveland. Prior to his work with the city of Cleveland, he served for more than seven years as the director of planning for Bradley County. Divel holds a bachelor’s degree from Lee University and a master’s of business administration from Bryan College.
