Tim Pendleton

Tim Pendleton, chief building officer for the town of Collierville, was named Code Official of the Year by the Tennessee Building Official Association (TBOA). The award is presented at the TBOA annual conference and acknowledges those who have demonstrated outstanding leadership, professionalism, and innovation in the field of code compliance. Before coming to work as a building official in Collierville in 2012, Pendleton served as a plans examiner for the city of Turlock, Calif. He also had various other roles in both municipal and county government. Prior to working in the public sector, Pendleton began his career in architectural drafting.
