Kelly Lancaster

Kelly Lancaster has been selected as the new human resources director for the town of Nolensville. Lancaster has more than three decades of experience in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining the town of Nolensville, Lancaster spent ten years as director of talent management for the state of Tennessee. Before that, he served as director of human resources for Columbia-based Maury Regional Hospital. He has also held human resources roles at Smith and Wesson Security Solutions; Healthways, Inc.; and multiple startup companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Freed-Hardeman University, a master’s of business administration from the University of Tennessee, and a doctorate in business from Apollos University.
