Kelly Graham

Kelly Graham has been appointed to fill a vacancy on the Bristol City Council previously held by Matt Slagle, who has since resigned to take the role of city manager. Graham has previously served the city as mayor, vice mayor, and councilman as well as on the city’s library board, housing authority, power board, planning commission, and board of zoning appeals. He will serve out the remainder of Slagle’s term, ending in January.
