New visitors' center to open in Bristol

Explore Bristol will build a new visitors' center at the trailhead of the Wes Davis Greenway at the intersection of Volunteer Parkway and Anderson Street. The new, 2,046-square-foot facility will offer information on local attractions and is expected to open sometime in 2023. In addition to offices for Explore Bristol, the center will feature tourism display spaces and a room for small events, meetings, and potential exhibits. Tourism has grown in Bristol and the surrounding area in recent years and officials hope the new center will promote continued growth.
