Tony Massey
Tony Massey, city manager for the city of Columbia, has received the Paul Harris Fellow Award from the Columbia Breakfast Rotary. The award is in recognition of Massey’s outstanding commitment to humanitarian service and exemplary contributions to his local community and is named after Rotary International’s founder. According to Columbia Breakfast Rotary officials, Massey has “consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to improving the community and has been a catalyst for change in numerous initiatives.” A Columbia native, Massey served in Bristol and Frankfort, Ky., before returning to Columbia as city manager in 2013.
