Kevin Haynes

Kevin Haynes, fire prevention officer with the Johnson City Fire Department, has received a designation of fire investigation technician from the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI). Haynes’ designation was the result of passing an exam following 44 hours of training as well as his time and experience in the fire service. Haynes has been with JCFD since 1999.
