Kevin Stoltenberg

Kevin Stoltenberg has been selected as the new assistant city manager of Maryville. The announcement comes as the city sets up succession plans for upcoming retirements to ensure leadership continuity. Stoltenberg served for five years in the U.S. Navy before graduating from Southern Illinois University with a degree in civil engineering. He came to the city of Maryville in 2007 as a civil engineer and then became city engineer in 2017 and assistant public services director in 2023. He also earned a master’s degree in civil engineering with a focus in transportation and infrastructure.
