Jon Holmes

Jon Holmes has been selected as the new city manager for Collegedale. Holmes has more than 17 years of high-level municipal leadership experience, most recently serving for seven years as city manager of Aurora, Mo. He also served as county administrator for Franklin County, Kan.; city administrator for Odessa, Mo., and David City, Neb.; and as a budget and management analyst for Laramie, Wyo. Originally from Laramie, he holds a bachelor’s degree from Harding University in Searcy, Ark., and a master’s in public administration from the University of Nebraska.
