PUBLIC NOTICE: TMBF Board of Directors

Tennessee Municipal Bond Fund

Notice is hereby given that the Tennessee Municipal Bond Fund (TMBF) Board of Directors will meet in a regular business meeting on June 11, 2026, at 10 a.m. Central. The meeting will take place in the TML offices located at 226 Anne Dallas Dudley Blvd, Suite 710 in Nashville, Tenn.

The meeting agenda is available upon request.

The TMBF Board will dedicate up to 15 minutes of meeting time to receive comments from the public on agenda items or matters within the Board’s responsibilities. Anyone who would like to address the Board must email Wade Morrell at wmorrell@tmbf.net to preregister no later than two business days prior to the meeting.
