Franklin receives All-American City Award

Franklin has been named a 2026 All-American City by the National Civic League, one of only 10 cities to receive the annual honor. Franklin was selected by a jury of nationally recognized civic leaders. Franklin was selected for its efforts to strengthen civic health and build trust as well as its civic infrastructure, which provides a network of relationships, partnerships, and capacities driving effective decision-making and problem-saving. Finalist communities were awarded at an event in Denver. One of the fastest-growing cities in the nation, Franklin was awarded for a series of programs and initiatives designed to bring a growing community together and keep the city’s culture distinctive. Franklin previously also received the All-American City Designation in 2020.
