Kristi Francaville

Kristi Francaville has been selected as the new finance director for the city of Bartlett following the retirement of longtime director Dick Phebus. Francaville has served as the city’s assistant director of finance since 2022. She joined the city in 2015, first as a tax and revenue supervisor and then as an accounting manager. Prior to that, she worked in both the Shelby County Trustee’s office and in the private sector. A certified municipal finance officer and certified treasury professional, she has lived in Bartlett since 1999 and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
