Rafferty Cleary

Rafferty Cleary has been named the first-ever town administrator for the town of Monterey. The Monterey Board of Mayor and Aldermen approved a transition in the town charter establishing the administrator position. Cleary previously served as the cultural administrator for the town with duties including overseeing the Monterey Depot Museum and working to host various events and festivals in the community. Before joining the town, Cleary held several media roles, including working with WGNS and Stonecom Radio.
