Devon Parks

Devon Parks has been selected as the new director of the West Tennessee Delta Heritage Center by Brownsville Mayor William D. “Bill” Rawls Jr. Parks has spent the past five years working at the center, which welcomes visitors to the history and heritage of Brownsville, Haywood County, and West Tennessee. Parks has lived in Brownsville for 31 years, spending more than 13 years with the Tennessee Department of Transportation as a transportation technician. She then worked as a logistics and human resources assistant for CKS Packaging in Brownsville. Previous director of the center, Sonia Outlaw-Clark, will remain tourism director for Brownsville and serve as a volunteer and advisor with the center.
