Paul Young

Paul Young, mayor of Memphis, will join mayors and senior municipal leaders from across the globe for the eighth class of the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative. The initiative is a yearlong professional management training program established by Bloomberg Philanthropies, the Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Business School. Young is one of 39 mayors from the U.S. and around the globe selected for the program whose alumni include U.S. Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg and Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass. In addition to participating in the program, mayors can also bring in a Bloomberg Harvard City Hall fellow for up to two years.
