Collierville's Mayor Fraser highlights March for Meals program's outreach to seniors

From left to right: Collierville Mayor Maureen Fraser, local resident 93-year-old Bobby Taylor, and Metropolitan Inter-Faith Association (MIFA) Volunteer Coordinator Dan LaGraize.
Mayor Fraser joined LaGraize on his meal deliveries as part of the town’s involvement with the March for Meals program, which is administered locally through MIFA. The initiative provides more than 700,000 meals annually to 4,000 older adults across Memphis and Shelby County and is a nationwide campaign led by Meals on Wheels America. Fraser rode along with LaGraize on his deliveries to better understand how the organization works in the local community and to encourage others to volunteer to support area seniors.
