TDEC announces consolidation, renaming of divisions

The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) has consolidated the Division of Remediation and Division of Solid Waste Management into the new Division of Land Protection (DLP). The Division of Remediation and Division of Solid Waste will now be referred to as the Division of Land Protection – Remediation Branch and Division of Land Protection – Solid Waste Branch. The TDEC website has also been updated to reflect these changes.
