Swedish manufacturer to expand Sparta operations

Dometic will expand its manufacturing operations in Sparta, creating more than 90 new jobs. The expansion project includes the relocation of steering and helm manufacturing operations from Pennsylvania to Tennessee, further strengthening the company’s manufacturing presence in the state. The Sparta facility manufactures marine products as part of Dometic’s global marine business. Upon completion of the project, the expansion will increase manufacturing capacity while supporting the company’s continued growth, with more than 300 people employed statewide.  Headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, Dometic is a global outdoor technology company dedicated to making mobile living easy.
