Shanna McCoy

Shanna McCoy has been selected the director of building and neighborhood services for the city of Franklin. She will take over the role from Tom Marsh, who will retire in September. Marsh joined the city as a permit technician in 2007 and has served in various positions before being selected as the city’s zoning and floodplain administrator, her current role. She is also the city's first certified floodplain manager, leading initiatives that strengthen compliance, development processes, and community growth.
