New Manchester Head Start facility named for late Mayor Norman
A new Head Start facility in Manchester has been renamed after late Manchester Mayor and TML Board Member Lonnie Norman. The Lonnie Norman Coffee Early Head Start facility is a new multi-million dollar, 6,100-square-foot facility that Mayor Norman supported through his final days. The new Early Head Start facility will serve children age birth through 3 years old. There are three classrooms, one for infants and two for toddlers. The new building is located adjacent to the Head Start at 1206 Oakdale Street.
