Sean Garrett

Sean Garett has been selected as the new community planner for the McMinnville Community Development Department. Garrett comes to McMinnville from Fremont County, Colo., where he has served as the county’s planning director since 2018. Prior to that, he worked in the Fremont County Code Enforcement Department for three years. Garrett holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental planning and an associate’s degree in general studies in addition to a certificate in GIS fundamentals and several building inspection certifications.
