Keaira Turner

Keaira Turner has been selected as the new public affairs director for the Chattanooga Police Department. Turner comes to Chattanooga from Birmingham, Ala,, where she has spent nearly 10 years in strategic communications and government affairs, including as public relations manager for the Birmingham Police Department since November 2021. Turner holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in communication from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Webster University, respectively.
