Shawn Fitzpatrick

Shawn Fitzpatrick has been selected as the civil engineering chief for the city of Knoxville, taking over from Tom Clabo who was recently selected as the engineering department’s new director. Fitzpatrick has been with the Knoxville Engineering Department for 26 years and presently served as a city engineering manager. Fitzpatrick earned his civil engineering degree from Old Dominion University and has been managing designs of city engineering projects since 2005.
