Kevin Breeding
Kevin Breeding has been selected as the new city manager of Cedar Hill and will continue to serve as city manager of Orlinda. Breeding has served as the city manager of Orlinda since 2000, and for much of his nearly 23 years with the city has pulled double duty as the director of economic development for the city of Franklin, Ky.’s Main Street Program, a role he began in 1999. Prior to that, he served from 1997 to 2000 as the real estate acquisition manager for the city of Cookeville and as a special projects manager with the Greater Lexington, Ky., Chamber of Commerce from 1995 to 1997. A native of Cookeville, Breeding holds a bachelor’s degree in business and public administration from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville as well as a master’s of public administration from the University of Kentucky.
