Gwen Noe

Gwen Noe, fire chaplain for the Nolensville Fire Department, was named the 2023 Fire Chaplain of the Year by the Tennessee Foundation of Fire Chaplains. Noe has served as a critical incident stress management trainer, peer supporter, and first responder for psychological crisis with the department. Last October, she was chosen to lead the prayer at the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation Memorial Weekend in Emmitsburg, Md. In addition to her work with the fire department, Noe owns a business in Nolensville and is a member of the town’s Economic Development Advisory Committee. She holds a master’s degree in Christian ministry from Liberty University.
