Tom Clabo

Tom Clabo has been appointed as director of engineering for the city of Knoxville. Clabo has served as the Knoxville Engineering Department’s civil engineering chief since 2006 and has 31 years with the department. He initially started with the city in 1991 as an entry-level engineer, working his way up through the ranks into his current position. Clabo holds a degree in engineering degree from the University of Tennessee College of Engineering.
