R.J. Justice
Rebecca “R.J” Justice has been selected as the new chief of Urban Design and Development for the city of Knoxville by Mayor Indya Kincannon. Justice has been involved in the local design and development community for more than 15 years. She started at the city in 2017 as the first urban wilderness coordinator, then transitioned to serve as the deputy economic development officer in 2020.Justice graduated with a master’s degree from the School of Landscape Architecture at the University of Georgia and hold’s a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee.
